November is Native American Heritage Month. We wanted to celebrate by highlighting some horror films and shorts featuring Indigenous people and lore.

Feature Films:

Blood Quantum (2019): A zombie virus has taken over a town. When the Indigenous People learn they are immune to the plague, they must do all they can to survive.

Bone Tomahawk (2015): In the old west, a group of men trespass on Native American land with grizzly results.

Native American Horror Movies

Prophecy (1979): A logging company that is tearing down trees in a native American forest discovers an entity that wants to tear them down.

Awakening (2014): A young man who is obsessed with his phone is forced to reconnect with his native roots.

In The Beginning Was Water And Sky (2018): This is more of a real horror story based on the true story of American settlers kidnapping the indigenous people and forcing them to learn their ways.
